Job Description:
Source Support Services, a leader in hardware support in the commercial market, is seeking a qualified candidate for our Help Desk in Duluth, GA. Working for our customer/clients, the technician will be responsible for working service calls from a call queue, contacting the end-user, and follow problem determination steps to either resolve the problem or build an action plan for an on-site technician to go on-site and repair the system while meeting customer service level requirements. This position will work in eight hour shifts and be able to manage several calls simultaneously. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, documentation and team work skills. Required is experience in hardware repair of servers, rack mount, and blade servers, Basic Network Operating System Skills, Knowledge of Clustering Solutions, and MS Operating Systems are preferred.
