Mark Oldfield - Owner and CEO Mark founded Source Support Services in 2001 as a warranty and hardware maintenance provider for small to medium computer manufacturers. With over 25 years experience in International Logistics, Logistics Software, and Computer Hardware Mark founded Source Support Services with the understanding that in order for small to medium computer manufacturers to compete globally, they had to be able to offer after-sale support services that would allow them compete for a service perspective with some of the major computer manufacturers. Source Support was built on the premise that would allow our customers to compete from a price and superior service perspective. Mark graduated from Armstrong State College (Now Armstrong Atlantic University) in 1980 with a BBA in Marketing-Management. He is involved in local youth activities in the North Georgia Area. |

John Trautwein - President and COO John has been a member of the executive team at Source Support Services since November 2003. After 3 years in the role of Executive VP of Sales & Marketing for Source Support, John took over the role of President and C.O.O. in June 2007. John's background includes 13 years as World Wide Sales and Marketing Director for Zellweger Analytics, including 6 years in Europe (Munich, Germany & Poole, England). John earned a BA degree in Chemistry Northwestern University in 1984 and completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Business in 2000. Before joining the business word, John spent 7 years playing professional baseball for the Expos & Red Sox. John and his wife also run a nonprofit organization called the "Will To Live Foundation" which works closely with young adults in the local communities around the country to raise the awareness of teen suicide in our society. |

Greg McKinney - Vice President of Sales and Marketing Greg has been a member of the executive team at Source Support Services since the beginning of 2008. After 6 months as the Director of Sales & Marketing, Greg was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Greg has 18 years of sales experience leading business development teams for the Boston Red Sox organization, GE, Ryder Trucking, Cendant Corporation and LMS Intellibound. Greg graduated from the University of Tampa in 1991 with a BS degree in Management. |

Eric Grammer - Director of Logistics and Quality Services Eric is responsible for the company's Quality Services and Technical Services (IT) operations as well as for all warehousing, logistics, RMAs and Depot Repair. He joined Source Support Services in February 2008. Previously, Eric was the N. America Services Manager for Bell Microproducts and held other various operation and sales management positions over 8+ years at Bell Micro. Eric has a B.A. degree in science with minors in both math and computer science from Sierra Nevada College, Incline Village, NV. |

Lisa Reed - Director of Service Operations Lisa is responsible for the company's Help Desk and Field Technician daily Operations. She joined Source Support Services in early 2004. Lisa is a dedicated professional who has twenty plus years of multi-level experience in Service and Support Operations, Inside Sales Management, Retail Management and Customer Service. Lisa's proven management ability has contributed directly to the success of organizational, mission critical initiatives. Lisa has an Associate's degree from Southern Ohio College and is accredited for "Effective Communications and Human Relations" from Dale Carnegie. |

Christina Bowden - Director of Human Resources and Finance Manager Christina Bowden, with ten years experience in administration, sales and accounting, joined Source Support Services, Inc. in 2005. Previously, she attended DeVry University with a focus in business administration and marketing studies, as well as worked full time in Real Estate achieving ½ million dollars in home sales in 2004. While continuing education with emphases in Human Resource Management, she was most recently named Director of Human Resources and Finance Manager with increasing responsibilities in the planning and details of the company's HR and finance operations. |

Jason Roles - Technical Sales & Services Director Jason is responsible for the IT infrastructure and all technical customer support information for the wide range of products supported. Jason works directly with our partners to ensure help desk engineers are always up to date with the latest industry and customer product knowledge. Jason joined Source Support in mid 2004. Jason previously held the position of Production Manager with TEKVisions, inc. in Atlanta for 8 years with various responsibilities including product development. Jason is currently an active member of Atlanta Linux Enthusiasts (ALE) and specializes in both HPC and clusters. |

Bethany Madray - Director of National Accounts Sales Bethany is the newest member on Source Support's sales team and is responsible for account management and business development. Recently, she has worked to market and represent the Source Support brand at the leading industry tradeshows and conventions. Before joining Source Support in the fall of 2010, Bethany started her career in sales as a Relationship Manager for SunTrust Banks, Inc. Commercial Banking Division where she managed a portfolio of 150 clients. Bethany was one of 20 college graduates chosen for SunTrust's Commercial Associate Program, comprising six months of underwriting and sales training in finance and commercial lending. Bethany graduated from the University of Alabama in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance. |
