Suwanee, Georgia, December 15, 2011 – Source Support Services, Inc., a trusted supplier of Global IT Logistics and On-Site Services, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, understanding its commitment to ensure consistent and exceptional quality across its service operations in the US.

 

The certificate of registration was administered by European Quality Assurance Limited (EQA) and covers the provision of Post Sale Services to the IT Industry including Help Desk, Repair and Logistics. ISO 9001 standard places greater emphasis on the top management involvement in the quality process, as well as a greater focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
