Source Support Services, Inc., a Global IT Services and Logistics Provider, announces a milestone achievement in passing the audit for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standards and guidelines. Source Support Services, Inc. has passed the assesment audit for the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation from European Quality Assurance (EQA). We expect to receive the Certificate by the end of November 2011. This pending certification is the culmination of hard work, consistent quality services, and the dedication of our employees at Source Support Services, Inc.
ISO 9001 is a set of international standard and guidance documents for quality management and quality assurance. The standard represents an international consensus on good management practices, policies and procedures with the aim of ensuring that our organization can, time and time again, deliver the product or services that meet the customer’s quality requirements.
Though we have been operating under the guidelines of ISO standards for many years, we believe that our decision to become ISO 9001 Certified is a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing quality services. To maintain our certification, EQA will perform annual audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.
