The Quality Management Representative (QMR) ensures that this policy is communicated, implemented and understood at all levels of the organization. Ultimate responsibility for the operation of this system rests with the President.

What does ISO 9001:2008 mean for our customers?

  • By being certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, Source Support Services are scoped for quality assurance in Implementation and development of customized warranty programs, delivery of Help Desk and On-Site services and depot repair/Logistics solutions.

  • At SSS, we require a New Customer Introduction Process (NCI) that exceed the demands of our customers to assure our standards and procedures are met in order to provide the highest level of service in the industry on a consistent basis.
