Source Academy is our custom-built Learning Management System designed to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across every single service event delivered no matter the time of day or where in the world the service event is taking place. 

Through our dedicated training team, Source Support collaborates with all our OEM customers to build robust training programs that ensure every technical resource working on behalf of that customer is trained and certified on their most up to date technical documentation and procedures. Within Source Academy, we are able to house existing customer training materials and assessments as well as create additional materials in the form of both in-person and eLearning.

Source Support works exclusively on behalf of our OEM customers. Therefore, the technical resources we send onsite will be trained to represent your organization the exact same way your own employee would.  

Source Academy training modules are broken down into two main categories: Foundational Training and Technical Training. These two training types are key to ensuring Source delivers on your brands specific promise of professionalism and expertise.   

Foundational Training: These modules prepare our technical resources to meet the professional demands of working with Source Support and on behalf of your organization. Designed to deliver knowledge regarding essential skills, ways of working, onsite behavior expectations, and customer service skills.  

Technical Training: These courses are customer & product specific and are taken by both the technical resources that go onsite as well as our technical support team that will be providing critical support throughout the life of a service event.
