Jim Kirby

CEO

Jim Kirby is the Chief Executive Officer of Source Support Services, where he drives the company’s strategic growth across the Information Technology, Life Sciences, and Industrial Automation sectors. With a strong focus on agility, expertise, and innovation, Jim is dedicated to aligning Source’s capabilities with the evolving needs of OEMs and their customers. He is deeply committed to upholding Source’s Service Promise – delivering exceptional, reliable support that empowers OEMs and their clients to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Jim brings over 30 years of leadership experience in technology and services. Prior to joining Source, he was Vice President of Service Advantage at Ricoh Americas, where he led a business unit responsible for design, activation and the on-boarding of mission-critical service programs that help OEMs and solution providers define and deliver their service offerings to the markets they serve. His work focused on optimizing service lifecycle management concepts – from training and installation programs to remote service desk operations, and break fix and routine maintenance programs designed to maximize uptime and ROI for the Ricoh Portfolio of OEM partners and their end-user customers.

Throughout his career, Jim has held executive roles in sales, marketing, service operations, and general management at industry leaders such as Honeywell, HP, and Ricoh. He has a proven track record of driving growth by aligning operational excellence with customer-centric innovation.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University. He is also passionate about community organizations such as the American Red Cross and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

John Trautwein

Chief Customer Officer

John Trautwein has been a member of the executive team at Source since 2003 and has served as EVP sales, president and COO. Today, as chief customer officer, John is responsible for the overall customer relationships within Source Support as well as global sales and business development.

John’s background includes over 25 years of international sales, marketing and executive management experience, including six years living and working abroad in Munich, Germany and Poole, England.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Northwestern University in 1984 and completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business in 2000. Prior to joining the business world, John spent seven years playing professional baseball for the Montreal Expos and Boston Red Sox and was a member of the American League East Champion Red Sox in 1988. John and his wife are recipients of the President George Bush Daily Point of Light Award, for their work in starting and running the nonprofit organization called the “Will to Live Foundation,” which works closely with young adults and families in local communities around the country to raise awareness of teen suicide in our society.

Eric Lomascolo

Chief Operating Officer

Eric Lomascolo is senior vice president of Strategy and Engagement at Source Support. In this role, Eric is focused on engagement with existing and prospective customers, Source Techworks field service engineers, industry stakeholders and identifying new market opportunities and services.

Eric’s experience spans 30 years in technology infrastructure and services with leadership roles in product strategy, management and marketing at technology and services companies such as Dell, Imation, Xiotech (now X-IO Technologies by VIOLIN Systems) and Xyratex (now Seagate).

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Business from Cardinal Stritch University and has pursued advanced study in Artificial Intelligence and its implications for business strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management and the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL).

Angie Sligh

VP of Quality

Angie Sligh is responsible for leading the company’s corporate quality assurance and management program and is the overall quality liaison between management, departments and customers. Her focus includes all aspects of customer satisfaction, analysis, root cause investigation, leading audits and value based inspection and testing philosophies.

Prior to Source, Angie has held leadership positions ranging in areas of customer service management, manufacturing and quality. She is an ISO certified auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and has implemented complete ISO quality management systems to transform the customer experience and provide consistent service delivery in several privately held companies.

Angie attended Aiken Technical College. She is a senior member of American Society of Quality and has received several recognition of excellence awards from the South Florida Manufacturer’s Association.

Ivan Ruyle

VP of Customer Success

As the VP of Customer Success, Ivan is responsible not only for setting up and implementing new partner onboardings, but also for preserving the continued efficient flow of communication with our established customers to constantly improve and optimize our mutual performance within the partnership.

Ivan spent 15 years in Sales and Customer Service prior to joining the Source Support Sales team in 2013. Since coming to Source, he has performed in Sales and Account Management as well as managing customer-onboarding and acting in other Sales Operations roles.

The Source Customer Success team was officially launched in 2016 and in mid-2018, was expanded to include the Project Management team.

Tom Bucinski

VP of Business Development

Tom Bucinski has been a contributing member of the Source Team since 2015. Today, in his current role and capacity as VP of Business Development, Tom is responsible for driving growth across vertical markets, as well as leading the expansion into global sales and business development.

Tom’s background includes over 30 years of experience in the IT/Enterprise Storage space, producing exceptional results in the areas of Territory Expansion, Sales Management, Key Account Management & Business Development.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University in 1994. Among the most lasting and important achievements, Tom and his wife co-founded, run and operate a local Christian based nonprofit organization called “Our Father’s House Ministries”, which works closely and stands in the gap for single moms & children.

Daniel Bolt

VP of Sales

Daniel Bolt has been a contributing member of the Source team since 2014, bringing deep industry expertise and a long-term commitment to the company’s growth and mission. With over 15 years of experience spanning the IT/enterprise and medical sectors, Daniel’s background is rooted in the service and support of field‑deployed product management solutions.

Since 2021, Daniel has played a key role in hiring, mentoring, and training future sales representatives at Source Support. He is especially focused on aligning company objectives with individual contribution goals, helping teams grow while delivering measurable business outcomes for customers.

Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgia State University in 2012. Outside of his professional career, he is a dedicated motorsports enthusiast and a licensed Motorsports Safety Instructor. In 2025, his family founded Bolt Racing, where Daniel actively competes and continues to apply his passion for performance, precision, and safety beyond the workplace.

Dawn Moore

Senior HR Director

Dawn Moore brings over 20 years of experience in Sales, Service, and Leadership Development to her role as Senior HR Director at Source Support. She is an expert in HR policies and practices, employee engagement, and talent development.

Dawn is a passionate servant leader, actively involved with Women in Technology (WIT Campus and Single Mothers), TCSG Advisory Boards, Our House, the OneRace Movement and The 7 Cords Foundation.

Kevin Koonts

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Capitala

Kevin A. Koonts is currently Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Capitala Group and has been with the firm since 2013. Prior to joining Capitala Group, Mr. Koonts was an audit manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, primarily serving southeastern Financial Institutions. Mr. Koonts graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting. Mr. Koonts is a Certified Public Accountant.

Alex Pruitt is a Vice President at Capitala Group and originally joined the firm in 2017. Mr. Pruitt graduated magna cum laude from Wofford College with a B.A. degree in both Accounting and Finance.

Christopher Norton

Managing Director at Capitala Group
Christopher B. Norton serves as Managing Director of underwriting for Capitala Group and joined the firm in 2003. Prior to joining Capitala Group, Mr. Norton worked at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union Securities, First Union High Yield investment banking and First Union Capital Partners. Mr. Norton graduated from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, where he received a B.S. degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management. Mr. Norton received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
