As a field services provider, AI is definitely at the forefront of a lot of conversations we have with both our customers and our field engineers. Whether it is how AI is leveraged to provide better predictive analytics around equipment functionality or how AI is helping manage the care and treatment of patients through hospital management software, we are interested to hear what other industry leaders are saying about AI ‘s growing role in medical technology.
Cyber Security
The other big topic that typically generates a lot of attention is innovations and changes regarding cyber security. With recent changes to FDA guidance around device security and the ever-increasing push to digitize medical care, cyber security’s role in the life sciences has never been more prominent.

Many of the field engineers we work with are a part of the AAMI community and eXchange 2025 is a great way for us to stay up to date with a leading organization for biomedical equipment technicians.
