To my Source teammates and members of our Source Techworks network,
As the tragic events of the past few weeks have unfolded and people around the world call for action to advance racial equality, I would like to take this opportunity to address Source’s position on this matter.
As a global company we have a responsibility to commit the best of ourselves to our communities, to our service partners, and to each other. We have always demonstrated these behaviors and it’s what makes Source the company it is. Together we stand united in rejecting all forms of discrimination and violence in our workplace and in our communities. Our company serves as a force for growth and prosperity in the communities where we live and serve.
Source Support does not tolerate harassment or discrimination. Both are entirely in conflict with our culture, our Core Values, and everything Source stands for. Any such behavior exhibited by a member of our team or our Source Techworks network is unacceptable.
Our shared core values speak of honor, inclusivity, leading by example, promoting continuous improvement. These values don’t just apply some of the time or when it’s most convenient – they are shared beliefs that guide our actions and shape our culture every day and throughout every interaction.
Together, we have committed to these values as non-negotiables for our organization. As such, we must strive to focus on inclusion within our organization and we are committed to taking specific and meaningful action to do so.
Individually and as a team we must determine that every day we will be an example of the inclusivity, respect, equity, and goodness that we seek in our society. If we all Do Our Part in this way, then together we can make a difference.
Please join me in rejecting all forms of discrimination and violence.
CEO, Source Support Services
