Timely, efficient, and professional installation and de-installation services are important service events that are critical to the lasting impression your product has on your customers. Each installation and de-installation service event is unique and requires careful coordination and planning to deliver a consistent experience that is tailored to your customers’ specific needs. In order to accomplish this, Source Support leverages the capability of our world-class people, detailed case processes, and innovative technologies to ensure your customers are completely satisfied with their onsite installation/de-installation experience.  

Members of our project management team collaborate with the original equipment manufacturer and their customers to schedule and coordinate all aspects of the installation or de-installation. Throughout the execution of the onsite event, the assigned project management team and the technical support specialist from our Support Operations Center will monitor the installation/de-installation process to ensure quality and overall success of the service event. 

Services Delivered to Your Satisfaction

Basic installation services include unboxing, product inspection, system set-up, power-up, performing initial network connectivity, and any necessary calibrations to ensure functionality at start-up. 

Source Support can also provide advanced installation services which include everything from the basic installation plus commissioning of the product (software installation, calibration, system integration, system testing, etc.) to ensure everything is operating as intended.
