Our Response to COVID-19
During this time of uncertainty, Source is committed to making sure our technicians, employees, customers, end-users, and partners around the world are healthy and safe. We are adhering to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local and federal guidance and are adapting our processes and technologies to remain connected and deliver mission critical services globally.
Due to the critical role we play in mission critical environments around the globe, Source is considered an essential business and can continue to operate under shelter in place and state of emergency orders. According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (“CISA”), Source has been identified as an essential business.
As we continue to deliver services around the world during this crisis, we are committed to supporting our employees, our customers and partners, and our Source Techworks engineers.
Supporting Our Employees
Limiting the spread of COVID-19 and the personal safety of our employees and their families is the primary goal of our organization. We are abiding by the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread through social distancing and implementing work from home policies for the majority of our employees. In addition, we have a minimum operations staff maintaining operations at our global headquarters. In order to maintain service delivery and collaborative efforts with our team members, customers and partners, we are leveraging our Source Central service delivery platform, and our business continuity technologies and tools.
Supporting Our Customers and Partners
We understand that our customers depend on our ability to operate and provide services on their behalf. We are devoted to the continuity of our customers and keeping their end-user critical infrastructures up and running. Our business continuity plan has been in effect during this pandemic and has allowed us to continue service delivery operations for our customers around the world. As a result, we continue to provide high-quality service that our customers expect.
Supporting Our Technicians
Our Source Techworks community is continuing to perform onsite services to repair technology infrastructures across the information, medical and industrial automation sectors. Prior to any service dispatches of Source Techworks engineers, we are performing general health checks and determining the safety of the environment they will be working. Necessary precautions are being enforced during onsite maintenance installations and service events.
As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we will too. We are actively doing our part as an organization to limit the spread and we will continue to monitor and assess the global situation.
